This Team Is Ruining My Life But I Love Them How I Became a Professional Hockey Fan eBook Steve "Dangle" Glynn Reviews
- If you were to tell me, that the dude who made a 17-second video back in 2007 would now have one of the top hockey followings and an extremely loyal fanbase, I would have laughed at you... a lot. But now, the "Rise of Steve Dangle" is in full force and the #DangleNavy is ready to raise some hell.
While I have never been a Toronto Maple Leafs fan, I have been a fan of Steve since November 18th, 2014... the infamous 9-2 game. I was a teenager who was just trying to get his hockey fix instead of homework, and this video came across my recommended... and the rest they say is history.
This is just another peak for the life of Steve Dangle. This is just an all around amazing book, one that I couldn't put down. And I know he wouldn't see this, but thank you. For the laughs, for the tears, for Hat Guy, and for the Podcast. A little slogan I say to my friends. That there are only three guarantees Life, Liberty, and Steve Dangle yelling at a camera
Thank you for everything Steve... go eat another pepper for charity
#DangleNavy #ShutUpSteve - This is a great book to read about the journey that is life and making it. Whether you're a high school senior or in your 30s, read this book. You do not have to be into hockey to be into the journey of making your life work. Steve is pretty inspirational.
- Inspiring story written by someone who could be just like you. I really liked that Steve wrote this still as a young professional. This is not the biography of a successful retired sports journalist. This is the story of someone who has had some success early on but ultimately is still figuring out their own career.
- Pre-ordered the book and got it yesterday. Have been flipping through and reading random bits and it's made me laugh a ton - especially his adventures at the zoo. From now on I will have a fear of toga parties.
- A well written, entertaining read whether you're a hockey fan or not.
- Steve Dangle’s unusual rise to the sports media landscape is a fascinating story from which lessons for all walks of life can be derived.
- Definitely a must read for a Leafs fan
